Sheet Pan Funfetti Cookie Bars Recipe

Looking for a crowd pleasing dessert that can be put together in less than 10 min? Well here it is! So easy and the kiddos will certainly love it 😍

Ingredients & Directions:

1 cup butter softened to room temperature

1½ cups brown sugar

2 large eggs

1 Tablespoon vanilla

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

3 cups flour

2 cups white chocolate chips

1/2-1 cup sprinkles

• Preheat oven to 350*

• In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and brown sugar

• Mix in eggs and vanilla

• Add baking powder, salt and flour and mix until well combined

• Fold in white chocolate chips and sprinkles, reserving some of them to sprinkle on top before baking.

• Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray, spread dough out evenly and top with remaining sprinkles.

• Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until middle is set and edges are golden brown.

• Let cool and cut into squares.
